Additions or Modification made after GSoC:- GUI improvements in the standalone version
- Selection contour
- Center images
- Checkered background
- Algorithm improvements
- Synchronized with trunk (only required resolving CMakeList.txt conflicts)
Upcoming changes:- Write out the mask in the pto file
- Port GUI updates from standalone app to hugin
- The ImageCache doesn't support loading alpha channel from the original file. The transparent parts are black. This needs to be fixed.
- Fix a crash in hugin when changing masking algorithms

Hi there Fahim, Thanks for working on this project, it looks like it will make a great addition to hugin. Where can I find the source to try the current state of the project? I have a few panos that need stiching with masking, and I could really use a specialized GUI for the job :). Thanks again, Tim.
